My son is hard work and previously it took 3-4 people to hold him still. Until TIJ and Luigi, i don’t know how he does it but my son will tolerate him cutting his hair every time!

Hello everyone, my name is Luigi – founder of The Italian Job Barbers and ambassador for leading grooming brands such as Morgan’s, Proraso, and Talos.

I’ve dedicated the last 34 years of my life to the art of barbering. Through this journey, I’ve helped shape what is now considered a true next-generation barbershop model.

The Italian Job Barbers is a blend of tradition and innovation, driven by continuous staff training and development.
Our secret lies in unity and a strong family spirit—something our clients feel from the very first moment they walk through our doors.

Our barbershop is more than just a workplace; it’s a family. Together with Lucy, Francesco, and Patrycja—who have grown alongside me over the years—we’ve shared both challenges and successes, always moving forward together.

That’s our strength: unity.
We are a real team, each member bringing their own unique skills and personality. Over the years, I’ve learned that true leadership isn’t about being in front—it’s about helping every individual in your team reach their full potential.
